Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PilotDocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use PilotDocs for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PilotDocs to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PilotDocs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to PilotDocs. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PilotDocs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
